Why This Site Exists

Most free online tools are worse than they need to be. They are slow, they do not work properly on a phone, they bury the thing you came for under three paragraphs and a cookie wall, and half of them still look like it is 2011.

FreeMyTools is an attempt to do the opposite: small, single-purpose tools that load instantly, work correctly on any screen, and let you get on with what you were doing.

How the Tools Work

Every tool here runs entirely in your browser. There is no server doing the calculation, which means:

• Your data stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
• They are fast. No network round trip, no queue.
• They work offline once the page has loaded.
• There is nothing to sign up for. No account, no email, no trial.

Who Builds This

This site is built and maintained by an independent developer who kept running into small, annoying problems that should have taken ten seconds to solve — and kept finding that the available tools made them take five minutes instead.

Each tool starts as a real problem someone actually had. It gets built, tested on real devices, and shipped only when it is genuinely better than what was already out there.

How It Is Funded

The tools are free and always will be. The site is supported by advertising, which covers hosting and the domain. Ads are placed below the tool, never on top of it — if an ad ever gets in the way of using something here, that is a bug and we would like to know about it.
